Right of withdrawal
Returns Instructions on the Right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, art.49, paragraph 4. Segreti Eleganti wishes to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more items - without having ever used them, within 14 days of the delivery date. To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must comply with the conditions listed below: We urge you to take particular care when trying on the purchased item, because items that have the original hanging labels missing or damaged will be considered irreparably depreciated and unsellable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero euros. Follow the instructions listed below to return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible. ITEMS NOT WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED (the soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and not show any signs of use).

The original Segreti Eleganti LABEL must not be removed from the item for any reason. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. Returns must be sent back inside the Segreti Eleganti box. If you no longer have the original packaging, use suitable packaging that guarantees sufficient protection against damage during transport. NB: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 1. To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@segretieleganti.com within 14 days of the delivery date. The email must specify the codes of the items you wish to return and the type of compensation requested: size change, Segreti Eleganti Credit, or refund. The package containing the return must reach our warehouses (Send to the following address: (To be assigned) within 15 days from the date of your shipment. Therefore - to avoid that, at your own risk, it gets lost or accumulates a significant delay - we suggest you use an express courier and insure the shipment.

ATTENTION: the package containing the return travels at your cost and risk and, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouses.

ATTENTION: if even just one of these conditions is not respected, Segreti Eleganti will not be able to accept your return and the package will be rejected or the items will be sent back to you at your expense. If the Customer receives defective goods, or if errors occur in shipments by Segreti Eleganti, it will be necessary to follow the same instructions reported above. Segreti Eleganti reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to cover the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises. Segreti Eleganti reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Segreti Eleganti if even just one of these conditions is not met, Segreti Eleganti will not be able to accept your return and the package will be rejected or the items will be sent back to you at your expense. Exchange and refund policy Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 64 et seq. Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. The term provided for by Italian law is 14 days. The returned items will be inspected by Segreti Eleganti, in order to verify compliance with the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. Segreti Eleganti reserves the right to establish a re-storage cost according to the condition of the returned item. In the event that the return is authorized because it complies with the terms and conditions of the policy, the Customer will receive confirmation of the authorization to his/her email address. The authorized size change is guaranteed to the Customer free of charge. In case of a refund request by the Customer, the refund will be made by bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery) or Paypal credit (if you paid by Paypal). Within 14 days of receiving the goods, we will refund the amount spent, in the same payment method chosen for the purchase. In the case of payments by cash on delivery or bank transfer, you will be asked to provide your IBAN code and the account holder.
